This model features a silver-tone plated finish.
Yes, it is designed for durability, though care should be taken to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Resizing is generally not recommended for plated jewelry as it can damage the finish and the intricate engravings.
While the ring is silver-tone plated, we recommend checking the product specifications or contacting the retailer if you have severe nickel allergies.
You can use a local jeweler's ring sizer or a measuring tape to find your finger circumference in millimeters and compare it to standard sizing charts.
The ring weighs approximately 5.60g, providing a balanced feel on the finger.
Gently buff the surface with a clean microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints and skin oils.
Avoid contact with abrasive surfaces or other hard metal jewelry to minimize surface scratches.
Ensure the finger is clean and dry; if irritation occurs, discontinue wear as it may be due to moisture trapped between the skin and the ring band.
There is no complex setup required for the Sigillo ring; simply ensure you have verified your finger size prior to purchase to ensure a proper fit. To maintain the ring's longevity, store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in the original jewelry pouch provided by Vivienne Westwood when not in use. Clean the surface periodically using a soft, non-abrasive microfiber cloth to remove oils and debris. Avoid using harsh chemical jewelry dips, as these may strip the silver-tone plating from the base metal. If the ring comes into contact with saltwater or chlorine, rinse it gently with fresh water and pat dry immediately.
