The Acantha TV Backboard is designed to accommodate televisions with screen sizes up to 65 inches.
Does the backboard come with mounting hardware for the TV?
The product description typically focuses on the backboard itself. You will likely need to purchase separate TV mounting hardware suitable for your specific TV and wall type.
How is the white marble effect achieved?
The effect is a high-quality printed finish applied to the backboard material, designed to mimic the appearance of white marble.
Can this backboard be mounted on any type of wall?
It can be mounted on most wall types, but you must use appropriate mounting hardware for your specific wall construction (e.g., wood studs, concrete, drywall anchors).
How do I clean the backboard?
Clean the surface with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
What are the dimensions of the backboard?
Please refer to the product's technical specifications or packaging for exact dimensions, as these are not provided in the general product description.
Troubleshooting
Backboard appears uneven or tilted.
Loosen the mounting screws slightly, adjust the backboard until level, and then retighten the screws securely. Ensure you are using a level during installation.
Mounting hardware does not seem secure.
Verify that you are using the correct type and size of mounting hardware for your wall construction. Consult the product manual for recommended hardware or seek professional advice.
Finish appears scratched or damaged.
Gently clean the affected area with a soft, damp cloth. For minor scuffs, a non-abrasive cleaner may be used with caution. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
