The product includes the wooden shelf; please check your specific delivery package, but it is generally recommended to use wall-specific anchors for your wall type.
Yes, because the wood is untreated, it is highly receptive to paint, stains, or oils.
The shelf is rated to support up to 20 kg when mounted correctly.
Each shelf is handmade from solid oak, meaning the knots, cracks, and grain patterns are unique to your specific piece.
It can be used in a bathroom, but you must seal the wood with a high-quality, water-resistant varnish or wax to protect it from moisture.
This is characteristic of live edge wood. You can lightly sand the surface with fine-grit sandpaper for a smoother feel.
As this is a natural wood product, each piece has its own unique grain and shade; this is considered a feature, not a defect.
For installation, ensure you are anchoring the shelf into wall studs for maximum stability, especially if you intend to utilize the full 20 kg weight capacity. Given the natural variations in the oak, check the alignment before drilling. Care for this shelf involves dusting with a dry cloth regularly. If the surface becomes stained, you can lightly sand the area and re-apply a wood treatment. Avoid harsh chemical cleaners as they may strip the natural characteristics of the oak grain.
