No, the package does not include posts. These must be sourced separately based on your specific site requirements.
The gate is backed by a five-year guarantee, covering manufacturing and material defects.
It is not recommended to paint over the factory finish as it may void the warranty and compromise the weather-resistant coating.
No, high-quality aluminium is naturally resistant to rust and corrosion, making it perfect for long-term outdoor use.
Yes, the gate includes a Euro barrel lock and the necessary keys for operation.
Use the adjustable wall-mounted hinges to fine-tune the gate's alignment until the lock aligns with the keep.
Check that the gate is not misaligned; if the latch is under tension, loosen the hinges slightly to relieve pressure on the lock mechanism.
Installation requires basic masonry or wood-working tools depending on your mounting surface. Ensure that your wall or existing structures are plumb and stable enough to support the gate's weight. Because this kit does not include posts, confirm your mounting point's structural integrity before beginning. To care for the gate, simply wash the surface with warm soapy water and a soft cloth periodically to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the black protective coating.
