The vidaXL Dog Gate is an ideal solution for pet owners seeking to restrict their small to medium-sized dogs to specific areas of the home, such as kitchens, living rooms, or near stairways. Constructed from durable poplar wood with a water-base paint finish, this gate offers a sturdy barrier that prevents pets from wandering without requiring permanent installation or wall drilling. While it provides excellent flexibility and easy storage through its folding design, owners of very large or highly energetic dogs should be aware that the gate's height and weight may not suffice to stop a determined jumper.

This gate is primarily designed for small and medium-sized dogs. Large or high-jumping dogs may be able to push it over or jump over the 90 cm height.
The panels are hinged together; while it can be configured to cover shorter distances by folding panels back on themselves, the panels are generally intended to stay connected.
The gate is relatively lightweight, but if you are concerned about scratches, you can place small felt pads under the feet.
Each individual panel measures 50 cm wide by 90 cm high.
The panels are pre-hinged, so you only need to attach the support feet before use.
It is designed for indoor use. Outdoor exposure to weather may damage the poplar wood and the water-base paint finish.
Adjust the angle of the panels; the gate is most stable when panels are arranged in a slight zig-zag pattern rather than a straight line.
Ensure the gate is positioned on a flat, level surface, as uneven flooring can cause the frame to twist and the latch to misalign.
Setting up your gate is a straightforward process. Simply unfold the panels to your desired width and attach the included support feet to the base panels to ensure the unit remains upright. Because no hardware is required, you can move the gate between rooms in minutes.
