Yes, every BSSPOKE Mayfair set includes a 10-inch orthopaedic mattress as part of the complete package.
Yes, each bed is covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Please verify your specific order requirements during checkout, as the drawer configuration is often fixed based on the base design.
Yes, all BSSPOKE beds are handcrafted in the UK and are fully compliant with current UK fire safety regulations.
Use a soft brush to maintain the pile and vacuum gently. Avoid harsh chemicals and excess water.
The divan base is 12 inches high, and the mattress is 10 inches, resulting in a base-to-top height of approximately 22 inches, plus the height of the legs.
Check that the bolts connecting the headboard struts to the base are fully tightened and that the struts are properly aligned with the fixing points.
Ensure the bed base is on a level surface. If the floor is uneven, use shims to level the base, which will allow the drawer tracks to align correctly.
Installation of the BSSPOKE Mayfair set should be completed in the room where the bed will be used, as the divan base sections are large. Attach the headboard securely to the pre-drilled points on the divan base using the provided bolts. To maintain the velvet fabric, use a soft-bristled brush or a vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust weekly. If a spill occurs, blot immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can damage the pile of the velvet. Ensure the chrome legs are tightened periodically to maintain stability.
