Troubleshooting

Basket seems flimsy

While lightweight for portability, the basket is made of durable plastic. Ensure it is placed on a stable surface and avoid overfilling beyond its intended capacity.

Difficulty cleaning

Use a damp cloth or sponge with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive scrubbers.

Small items falling through

For very small items, consider using a smaller cloth or insert within the basket to prevent them from slipping through the droplet holes.
