This dish is best suited for serving room temperature or chilled foods. It is not designed for direct heat exposure like ovens or microwaves.
To keep the acacia wood looking its best, hand wash and dry it thoroughly. Periodically applying a food-safe mineral oil will help maintain its natural luster and prevent drying.

Yes, the dish is suitable for dips and sauces. Ensure it is cleaned promptly after use, especially with oily or colored dressings, to prevent staining.
Acacia wood is known for its durability, natural beauty with distinct grain patterns, and resistance to water, making it a popular choice for kitchenware and serving pieces.
Apply a food-safe mineral oil using a soft cloth. Allow it to soak in for a few hours, then wipe away any excess. Repeat as needed.
For minor surface scratches, you can try gently sanding with very fine-grit sandpaper (e.g., 220 grit) in the direction of the grain, followed by re-oiling the surface.
Ensure the dish is properly dried after washing. For stubborn residue, try a paste of baking soda and water, gently scrub, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
Setup: No assembly is required. The Kora Acacia Chip and Dip Serving Dish is ready for use straight out of the packaging.
Compatibility: This serving dish is designed for serving food at room temperature or chilled. It is not recommended for use in ovens or microwaves.
