Troubleshooting
Protector does not stay in place
Ensure the elastic straps are fully extended and hooked securely under each corner of the mattress. Check that the mattress size is compatible with the protector's dimensions.
Waterproof layer seems less effective
Inspect the protector for any tears or damage, particularly along the seams or TPU backing. If damaged, the waterproof barrier may be compromised and the protector may need replacement.
Noticeable noise when moving
While designed to be noiseless, some minimal sound might be perceived depending on the mattress and movement. Ensure the protector is fitted tautly. If the noise is significant, check for any trapped air or wrinkles.
Material feels stiff after washing
Ensure you are washing within the recommended temperature (30°C) and avoiding fabric softeners or harsh detergents, which can affect the fabric's feel. Air drying or low-heat tumble drying is recommended.
