The 5 Star Eco Lever Arch File is designed for office professionals and home users seeking an environmentally conscious document management solution. Its primary benefit is a durable, high-capacity design made from 100% recycled materials, though users should note that the cloud finish is specific to this aesthetic and may not match standard solid-colored office collections.

Yes, it is specifically designed for standard A4 documents.
Yes, this file is crafted from 100% recycled board.
The 70mm capacity can hold approximately 500 sheets of standard 80gsm A4 paper.
The thumb ring allows for easy grip and retrieval of the file when stored vertically on a shelf.
While it is designed for A4, smaller documents can be stored using punched plastic pockets.
It is a textured, mottled appearance that is a common aesthetic choice for lever arch files.
Check if the internal lever mechanism is jammed or if paper is caught in the hinge; clear any obstructions.
Ensure the front cover locking slots are free of debris and that the file is not overstuffed beyond its 70mm capacity.
The thumb ring is designed for a firm grip; ensure you are pulling straight back from the shelf rather than at an angle to avoid binding.
To begin using your file, press the lever mechanism to open the metal arches, slide your pre-punched A4 sheets onto the prongs, and close the lever until you hear it click into the locked position. This product is fully compatible with standard A4 paper sizes and most universal hole punches. To maintain the life of the file, avoid storing it in areas with high humidity to prevent the recycled board from softening. If the cover becomes dusty, wipe it down with a dry, lint-free cloth. Ensure the front cover locking mechanism is fully engaged when the file is not in use to maintain structural shape.
