Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before installation, ensure your wheel rims have a clean, unoxidized 11.3mm mounting hole. Use a light application of tyre mounting paste on the rubber seal to ensure it seats properly against the metal rim surface without pinching. Use a torque wrench or a calibrated hand tool to tighten the retaining nut—avoid using high-powered impact drivers to prevent stripping the threads or cracking the base. Regularly inspect the valve cap to ensure it is tightened, as this prevents debris from entering the valve core. During tyre changes, check the rubber gasket for signs of flattening or hardening and replace if necessary to maintain an airtight seal.
