While the kit is compatible with most standard systems, performance with very low water pressure may vary. The multiple spray patterns might not all function optimally under such conditions. It's recommended to check your home's water pressure.

The flexible shower hose included with this kit is 1500mm (1.5 meters) in length.

The handset connects via a standard thread. You may be able to attach a different compatible handset, but it is not guaranteed to match the aesthetic or functionality of the original.

Use a soft, damp cloth with mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean, soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, or harsh chemicals.

The guarantee typically covers manufacturing defects and faults under normal use. It does not usually cover accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear from everyday use. Please refer to the specific warranty documentation for full details.

Basic plumbing tools such as a screwdriver, adjustable wrench, and possibly a drill (if new fixing holes are needed) are generally sufficient. Always follow the included installation manual.

Check the shower head for limescale buildup and clean the nozzles. Ensure the flexible hose is not kinked and that water flow is not restricted at the valve. Verify compatibility with your shower system's pressure rating.

Ensure the hose is securely tightened at both the handset and the shower valve connection. Check that the rubber washer is correctly seated inside the connecting nut.

Verify that the mounting brackets are firmly attached to the wall. If the wall is not solid, appropriate wall anchors may be required. Ensure all fixings are tightened securely.

Rotate the spray selector on the handset. Check for any debris that might be obstructing the spray holes. Ensure water pressure is adequate for all spray functions.
