Troubleshooting
Floss frays or snaps between teeth
Ensure you are using a clean section of the floss for each tooth. If you have extremely tight contacts, gently slide the floss rather than forcing it down.
Difficulty holding the floss securely
Wrap the excess floss more firmly around your middle fingers to create better tension and control.
Dispensable floss gets stuck inside the container
Check the cutter opening for debris or buildup and gently pull the end of the strand to realign it with the dispenser hole.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no complex setup required for this product; simply extract the desired length from the dispenser and cut it using the built-in cutter. This floss is compatible with all dental habits and is suitable for individuals with healthy gums or those looking to improve their daily hygiene. To store, keep the container in a cool, dry place to maintain the freshness of the mint flavor and keep the spool clean. Avoid exposing the dispenser to excessive moisture or direct sunlight, as this can degrade the packaging and the floss material over time.
