Troubleshooting
Missing pieces
While rare due to Ravensburger's quality control, check all packaging thoroughly. If a piece is genuinely missing, contact Ravensburger customer service for assistance.
Pieces don't fit well
Ensure you are using pieces from the correct puzzle and that they are oriented correctly. Ravensburger's 'Perfect Fit Technology' means pieces should connect smoothly; force can damage them.
Difficulty distinguishing colors/shades
Work in good lighting. If colors appear too similar, try sorting pieces into smaller, more manageable batches based on subtle pattern differences or texture.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This product requires no initial setup beyond opening the box. Find a large, flat surface where the puzzle can remain undisturbed during the assembly process, as 1000 pieces can cover a significant area (69.90 cm x 49.70 cm). Sorting pieces by color or edge can be helpful.
Compatibility: This is a standalone jigsaw puzzle and does not require any external devices or software. It is designed for solo play or group activity.
Care: Keep pieces away from moisture and direct sunlight to prevent damage. Store the puzzle in its original box in a cool, dry place when not in use. For display, Ravensburger recommends using puzzle glue (sold separately) and then mounting the finished puzzle on a board or framing it.
