Troubleshooting
Low water pressure or flow
Ensure the minimum required pressure of 0.5 bar is met. Check for any blockages in the shower head or pipework. Clean the easy-clean shower head.
Finish is damaged
Avoid using abrasive cleaners or tools. If minor damage occurs, consult the manufacturer's warranty or a professional for repair advice. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth.
Water dripping from the handset after use
This can be normal for some shower systems. Ensure the handset is properly seated on its bracket. If dripping is excessive, check internal seals for wear (may require professional attention or part replacement).
