Troubleshooting
Stool slides while in use
Check that the floor is clean and that the castors are not obstructed by debris; ensure the full weight of the user is placed on the stool to allow the castors to retract fully.
Castors are stuck or hard to roll
Inspect the castor housing for dust or paper clips that may be jammed, and clean with compressed air if necessary.
Bumper is coming loose
Ensure the bumper is pressed firmly into the perimeter channel; if it has become deformed, gently heat it with a hairdryer to make it pliable before reseating it.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The stool arrives fully assembled and ready for immediate use. To maintain the safety features, ensure the floor surface is level and free of debris that could obstruct the castor retraction. Regularly check the non-slip treads to ensure they are clean and free of dust or oils to maintain maximum grip. The stool is compatible with most hard-floor surfaces and low-pile carpeted offices. To clean, simply wipe down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent; avoid using abrasive chemicals that could damage the grey finish or the protective bumper.
