FAQs

Is the harness compatible with all types of leads?

Yes, the integrated harness features standard attachment points that work with most universal lead clips.

Can I put this coat in the tumble dryer?

It is recommended to air dry the coat to preserve the water-resistant coating and the integrity of the elasticated arm holes.

Is this coat suitable for very small dogs?

The coat comes in multiple sizes; please check the specific size guide measurements to find the correct fit for your breed.

Does the fleece lining shed inside the house?

No, the high-quality polar fleece is designed to remain intact and shed-resistant through regular use and washing.

How do I know if the size is right for my dog?

The coat should fit snugly but allow enough room to slide two fingers comfortably between the coat and your dog's skin.

Troubleshooting

The zip is difficult to close.

Ensure no fur is caught in the teeth of the zipper and that the coat is aligned straight before pulling.

The coat shifts while the dog is walking.

Check that the chest straps are adjusted securely and that the coat is the correct size for your pet's frame.

The water resistance seems less effective.

Ensure the coat is fully clean, as dirt buildup can clog the fabric pores; re-wash if necessary.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Cons

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best fit, measure your dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail and ensure the chest girth matches the size specifications. When putting the coat on, ensure the zip is fully closed before attaching the lead to the harness rings.

Care Instructions:

Shake off excess dirt and mud before washing.
Secure the zip to prevent damage during the wash cycle.
Machine wash on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent.
Air dry flat to maintain the shape of the garment and protect the water-resistant coating.
