FAQs

Can I use this on dark-coloured dogs?

While it is safe, it is specifically formulated to neutralize yellow/brassy tones on light coats, so you may not see the brightening benefits on dark fur.

How often can I use this?

The formula is gentle enough for daily use to maintain facial hygiene.

Will this remove permanent staining instantly?

No. Existing staining requires time to grow out. This product helps remove debris and prevents further darkening.

Is it safe if my dog licks their face after I use it?

It is designed as a topical cleanser, but you should always wipe the area clean with a damp cloth after treatment to avoid ingestion.

Does it contain bleach or harsh chemicals?

No, it uses botanical extracts and Vitamin E to brighten and nourish, avoiding harsh bleaching agents.

Troubleshooting

Stains are not disappearing immediately.

Old, deep-set stains often require consistent daily treatment to grow out and be trimmed. Continue use to prevent new staining.

The foam is difficult to rinse out.

Use a damp, warm cloth to gently wipe the area until all foam is removed, rather than rinsing directly under a faucet.

Skin irritation occurs after use.

Stop use immediately and rinse the area with cool water. Consult your veterinarian if the irritation persists.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This product requires no specific setup; it is ready to use immediately upon opening. It is compatible with all breeds of dogs that possess white or light-coloured fur, including Terriers, Poodles, and Bichon Frises. To maintain the integrity of the formula, keep the bottle tightly sealed and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. While the ingredients are gentle, always ensure you avoid direct contact with the inner eye area during application. If the product enters the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water.
