Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure optimal performance, verify that your power bank does not exceed the 10,000 mAh capacity limit, as larger batteries may prevent the zip from closing fully, compromising the seal. When storing, ensure the power bank is placed flat inside the case and the zipper is pulled completely to the closed position to maintain the flame-resistant seal. Maintenance is simple: wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dust or debris. Do not machine wash or use harsh chemical solvents, as these may degrade the flame-retardant properties of the silicone-coated fabric. If the case sustains physical damage, such as tears in the fiberglass fabric or failure of the zipper, it should be replaced immediately to ensure continued protection.
