Troubleshooting
Accessories are difficult to attach or remove.
Small hands may require assistance. Gently guide the accessory onto the figure's hand or hair. For clothing, ensure the figure is positioned correctly and the garment is aligned.
Hair becomes tangled.
Gently brush the hair with the included comb or a soft-bristled brush. Avoid pulling forcefully. If severe tangles occur, a very small amount of conditioner might help, but test on an inconspicuous area first and rinse thoroughly.
Lost small accessories.
Keep a dedicated small container or bag for all the tiny accessories. Regularly check under furniture and around play areas. Consider using a play mat with a border to help contain small items.
