The Impulse 3 Drawer Under Desk Pedestal is a professional storage solution ideal for office workers needing to organize stationery and documents within a compact footprint. Its key benefit is its robust, heavy-duty construction that provides long-term reliability in busy work environments; however, users should note that at 300mm wide, it is designed for slim-fit under-desk integration and may not accommodate oversized personal items.

Yes, the unit is specifically designed to accommodate foolscap filing.
Yes, it includes an integrated locking mechanism for added document security.
The top is a robust 25mm thick board, ensuring durability for long-term office use.
The unit is designed to be mobile, but the castors are structural components of the base; we recommend keeping them attached for ease of movement.
The unit measures 695mm (H) x 300mm (W) x 550mm (D).
Check the drawer runners for any debris or obstructions and ensure the unit is sitting on a perfectly level floor.
Verify that all castors are screwed in tightly and ensure the floor surface is flat; check for any loose fasteners on the base.
Ensure the drawer is pushed fully into the frame so the locking bar can engage correctly. Do not force the key.
To set up your pedestal, ensure it is placed on a level surface. The unit comes pre-assembled with castors, but verify they are securely fastened before loading heavy items. For compatibility, ensure your desk has a minimum under-desk clearance height of 700mm to allow the 695mm high unit to slide underneath comfortably. To maintain the unit, simply wipe the grey melamine surface with a soft, damp cloth and mild non-abrasive detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals on the ABS edging to ensure the protective finish remains intact.
