The Star Wars Door Mat by Grupo Erik is a durable, officially licensed entryway accessory perfect for Star Wars fans looking to combine fandom with home utility. Measuring 40 x 60 cm, this mat features high-quality natural coir fibers designed to effectively scrape and trap dirt from footwear, ensuring your interior floors remain clean. While it excels at heavy-duty debris collection and stability, it is important to note that natural coir fibers may experience minor shedding during the initial break-in period.

While it is weather-resistant, intense, prolonged direct sunlight may fade colors over time. Placing it in a covered entryway is recommended for maximum longevity.
Ensure both the floor surface and the PVC backing of the mat are clean and dry; dust buildup on the backing can reduce grip.
Minor shedding is normal for new coir products. Shake the mat vigorously outside to remove loose fibers; this will subside after the first few weeks of use.
Lift the mat to allow air circulation underneath and let it air dry in a well-ventilated area to prevent moisture buildup on your flooring.
Installation is straightforward: simply place the mat on a flat, dry surface. The PVC backing is compatible with most common flooring types including tile, laminate, wood, and concrete. To maintain the mat's appearance, periodic maintenance is recommended. For dry debris, a quick vacuum or a firm shake outside is usually sufficient. If the mat becomes heavily soiled with mud, you may rinse it with a garden hose and let it air dry completely before returning it to its spot. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that could degrade the integrity of the natural fibers or the printed design.
