Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This range cooker requires a dedicated, high-power electrical connection. It is recommended that installation is carried out by a qualified professional to ensure correct wiring and safety. Ensure the cooker is placed on a level surface with adequate space around it for ventilation. The hob requires specific induction-compatible cookware (e.g., cast iron, stainless steel with a magnetic base).
Compatibility: The induction hob works exclusively with cookware that has a magnetic base. Standard cookware will not heat on this hob. The ovens are electric, and the cooker requires a 230-400V AC input.
Care:
- Hob: Wipe the induction hob surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent after use. Use a ceramic hob cleaner for stubborn marks. Avoid abrasive pads that could scratch the surface.
- Ovens: The main oven features catalytic liners which require periodic cleaning, typically by running the oven at a high temperature. For other ovens, use a non-abrasive oven cleaner. The interior light can be turned on using the control panel for visibility.
- Exterior: Clean the charcoal enamel and chrome accents with a soft, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly to prevent water spots.
- Controls: Wipe rotary controls with a damp cloth. Ensure they are dry before use.
