FAQs

Is the ZB6T waterproof?

Yes, it is rated IP67, meaning it is dust-tight and can be submerged in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes.

What is the purpose of the red light mode?

The red light mode is designed to help preserve your natural night vision, making it ideal for reading maps or navigating in the dark without being as blinding as white light.

Can I replace the battery?

The ZB6T uses a built-in rechargeable battery system and is not intended for user-replaceable battery swaps.

How do I know when the battery is low?

Most models will show a dimming effect or a change in the indicator light when the battery capacity reaches a critical low level.

Does it come with a carry pouch?

Yes, the ZB6T set includes a pouch, hand strap, and clip for versatile carrying options.

Troubleshooting

Torch fails to charge

Verify the USB-C cable is fully inserted and the power source is active. Check the port for dust or debris.

Beam flickers during use

Ensure the internal battery is charged. If the problem persists, check that the focus mechanism is not obstructed.

Light modes not switching

Ensure you are using the focus switch correctly and not accidentally obstructing the housing path.

IP67 dust and waterproof rating provides peace of mind in harsh weather
Advanced focus system allows for quick beam adjustment
Complete accessory kit including clip, strap, and pouch

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To prepare the ZB6T for use, fully charge the internal battery using the provided USB-C cable until the status indicator confirms a complete cycle. The torch is designed for intuitive use: the focus switch manages mode selection. For maintenance, ensure the USB port cover is fully seated after charging to maintain the IP67 seal. Periodically wipe the lens with a clean, soft cloth to ensure maximum light output and keep the aluminum threads clean of debris to prevent sticking. Avoid leaving the battery in a fully discharged state for long periods to extend the life of the internal cell.
