Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly is straightforward and typically requires standard household tools to secure the tubular sections. Ensure that the arch is placed on level ground to avoid structural stress. To prolong the life of the metal, inspect the arch annually for any scratches in the grey paint, as exposure to damp soil or rain can lead to oxidation. If chips are found, a quick touch-up with outdoor metal paint is recommended. During winter months in extreme climates, you may choose to prune back heavy vines to reduce wind resistance, which helps protect the structural integrity of the trellis.
