The VEVOR Carrier & Pinion Bearing Puller is an essential professional-grade tool designed for mechanics and automotive enthusiasts tasked with servicing Dana 30 through 80 series and Ford 10.25 inch axle assemblies. Its primary benefit is the efficient, damage-free removal of stubborn pinion bearings by distributing pressure evenly, which drastically reduces repair time. While highly durable and effective for heavy-duty shop environments, users should note that it requires a baseline mechanical understanding of drivetrain assemblies for safe operation.

Wipe the tool dry after use and keep it in a temperature-controlled environment using the provided storage stand.
Re-check your axle model and bearing diameter. Ensure you are using the correct 11.3 cm or 13.2 cm insert for the specific application.
Ensure the clamshell is fully closed around the bearing race and the puller body is centered before applying torque.
Apply high-quality grease to the center bolt threads and ensure the pulling angle remains square to the shaft.
Before operation, select the clamshell size that matches your specific bearing diameter. Ensure the clamshell is seated flush against the back of the bearing race. Lubricate the center bolt threads with high-pressure grease before use to extend the life of the tool. Compatibility is restricted to the listed Dana and Ford assemblies; attempting to use this on incompatible axle types may result in tool or workpiece damage. After each use, wipe down the components with a clean rag and store them on the included stand in a dry area to prevent surface oxidation.
