It is highly recommended to store the furniture and cushions in a shed, garage, or indoors during the winter months to protect the frame and fabric from harsh frost and moisture.
While the double sofas are rated for 250kg, it is advised to use standard weight limits for the individual chairs, generally around 120-150kg.
The PE rattan and steel frame are weather-resistant, but the cushions are not fully waterproof and should be shielded from heavy rain.
Use a standard glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth to avoid scratches. Ensure no abrasive cleaners are used.
Yes, all necessary assembly instructions and required hardware are included in the packaging.
Ensure the provided suction cups are securely attached to the rattan frame and free of debris before placing the glass on top.
Check that all bolts are tightened evenly. If the ground surface is uneven, adjust the frame placement or use small leveling pads.
Remove the covers and machine wash on a delicate cycle using mild detergent, then air dry completely.
Assembly: The set is delivered in multiple parts and requires assembly for the sofas and chairs. Ensure you have the necessary tools and clear space before beginning. Follow the included instructions carefully to ensure the galvanized steel frame is properly aligned.
Compatibility: Its grey color palette and minimalist design work well with various decor styles, from rustic wooden decking to modern concrete patios.
