Fuelab High Pressure EFi Fuel Regulator -10 JIC Inlet - Black - 515xx Series
Fuelab adjustable fuel pressure regulators are designed with performance and flexibility in mind. ...Fuelab adjustable fuel pressure regulators are designed with performance and flexibility in mind. Available in several configurations with pressure ranges from as low as 4 Psi for carburettor applications and as high as 90 Psi for EFI applications.
Compatible with petrol, diesel, methanol and ethanol fuels the Fuelab fuel pressure regulators feature a billet aluminium body and a fine pitch threaded adjuster to enable more precise pressure adjustments.
The 2 inlet ports are available in either -6 AN (JIC) or -10 AN (JIC) and the outlet port is -6 AN (JIC). The pressure reference port is 1/8 NPT and is supplied with a barbed fitting, the regulator also has a 1/8 NPT port to allow the fitting of a fuel pressure gauge.
All Fuelab products are covered by a 'Forever Fixed' warranty. The warranty covers the original purchaser against all material or workmanship defects. Fuelab products are made to the highest standards and have a warranty that covers them for life.

FAQs
What is the operating pressure range for this regulator?
This specific model is designed for high-pressure EFI applications, typically ranging up to 90 PSI, though exact ranges can vary by specific part number within the 515xx series.
What size AN fittings does this regulator use?
This model features two -10 AN (JIC) inlet ports and one -6 AN (JIC) outlet port.
Can I use this regulator with gasoline and ethanol fuels?
Yes, this Fuelab regulator is compatible with petrol, diesel, methanol, and ethanol fuels.
Does it come with a fuel pressure gauge?
No, the regulator includes a 1/8 NPT port where you can install a fuel pressure gauge, but the gauge itself is not included.
How do I adjust the fuel pressure?
Fuel pressure is adjusted by turning the fine-pitch threaded adjuster cap. Clockwise rotation increases pressure, and counter-clockwise rotation decreases pressure.
What is the 'Forever Fixed' warranty?
The 'Forever Fixed' warranty is Fuelab's lifetime warranty that covers the original purchaser against all material or workmanship defects.
Do I need a vacuum/boost reference line?
For EFI applications, connecting a vacuum/boost reference line to the regulator is highly recommended to maintain consistent fuel pressure relative to manifold pressure, especially under varying engine loads.
Troubleshooting
Fuel pressure is unstable or fluctuates.
Check for air leaks in the vacuum/boost reference line. Ensure the fuel pump is adequate for the system's demand. Verify that the fuel filter is clean and not restrictive. Make sure the regulator adjustment is secure and not vibrating loose.
Cannot achieve desired fuel pressure.
Ensure the fuel pump is capable of producing higher pressures. Check for restrictions in the fuel lines or filter. Verify the vacuum/boost reference line is connected correctly and to a source that provides adequate signal. Confirm adjustment screw is turned correctly (clockwise to increase).
Fuel leaks from the regulator.
Inspect all AN fittings and ensure they are properly tightened. Check the sealing surface of the adjustment cap and reference port for damage. If leaks persist, contact customer support.
Low fuel pressure at idle.
This is often normal if the regulator is referencing manifold vacuum. As engine load increases and vacuum drops, fuel pressure will rise relative to base pressure. Confirm base pressure setting with the engine off or under steady load without vacuum/boost reference.
