Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This clock typically requires a battery (often not included) to operate. To set the time, locate the adjustment knob, usually found on the back of the clock mechanism. Pull or turn the knob gently to advance the hands to the correct time, then push or turn it back to its original position.
Compatibility:
The clock's design is primarily aesthetic and decorative. It functions with standard watch batteries (e.g., AA or AAA, depending on the mechanism) and is compatible with typical household environments.
Care:
To maintain its appearance:
- Gently dust the clock face and wooden base with a soft, dry cloth.
- For the golf ball casing, use a slightly damp cloth if necessary, ensuring no moisture gets into the clock mechanism. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Wipe the wooden base with a dry or very lightly damp cloth. Do not soak the wood.
- When replacing batteries, ensure you use the correct type and size, and handle the mechanism with care to avoid damage.
