Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unpack the two 9V rechargeable batteries and the USB-A to USB-C charging cable.
- Connect the USB-A end of the cable to a standard USB power source (e.g., wall adapter, power bank, computer USB port).
- Connect the USB-C end(s) of the cable to the charging ports on the 9V batteries. The charging indicator light will illuminate.
- Allow approximately 2.5 hours for a full charge. The indicator light will typically change color or turn off when charging is complete.
- Once charged, insert the batteries into your compatible 9V devices.
Compatibility:
These 9V batteries are designed to replace standard 9V alkaline batteries in devices that utilize a 9V power source. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms
- Microphones (e.g., dynamic microphones, wireless systems)
- Musical instruments and effects pedals
- Electronic test and measurement equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes)
- Walkie-talkies and portable radios
- Digital clocks and toys requiring 9V power
Care:
- Store batteries in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Avoid exposing batteries to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the batteries, as this may cause damage and void the warranty.
- Use only the provided USB-A to USB-C charging cable or a compatible USB-C charger. Ensure the charger meets the device's power requirements.
- Recharge the batteries periodically, even if not in use, to maintain battery health (e.g., every 3-6 months).
- Clean battery contacts if necessary with a dry cloth to ensure a good connection.
