PowderRain is a unique spray pattern by Hansgrohe that features micro-fine droplets, creating a softer, quieter, and more immersive shower experience compared to traditional jets.
This showerhead has a flow rate of 2.5 gallons per minute (GPM).
No, this set includes the hand shower, the Techniflex hose, and the hand shower arm holder that attaches to your existing shower arm. It does not include a new shower arm.
The holder screws directly onto your existing shower arm. It is recommended to use plumber's tape on the shower arm threads before attaching the holder to ensure a watertight seal.
The Raindance Select S hand shower typically features selectable spray modes. The specific mechanism for switching (e.g., a button or lever on the showerhead) depends on the exact model design and should be detailed in the product manual.
While the 2.5 GPM flow rate provides a robust spray, performance on very low pressure systems can vary. The PowderRain setting is designed to feel luxurious even at moderate pressures.
Hansgrohe typically offers a limited lifetime warranty on their shower products. Please refer to the product manual or the Hansgrohe website for specific warranty details.
Check if the flow restrictor is properly installed or if there are any blockages within the showerhead. Ensure the shower hose is not kinked. Verify that the water supply is fully open.
Ensure all connections are hand-tightened and that plumber's tape has been used on the shower arm threads. Check the rubber washers in the hose connections.
Clean the nozzles of the showerhead by gently rubbing them with your finger or a soft brush to remove any mineral deposits. Refer to the care section for detailed cleaning instructions.
Ensure the holder is tightened sufficiently onto the shower arm. If the arm itself is loose, it may need to be tightened at its base connection.
