Troubleshooting
Zipper is stuck
Gently try to move the zipper back and forth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the teeth. If persistent, a small amount of graphite from a pencil or wax can help lubricate the track.
Stains on the fabric
Spot clean the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Rinse with a clean damp cloth and allow to air dry.
Rear strap is difficult to attach
Ensure the backpack strap is not too wide or bulky. Slide the pencil case strap onto the backpack strap and secure it firmly. Adjust as needed for a snug fit.
