The Eclipse Plus II is an essential ergonomic seating solution designed for professionals in call centers, corporate offices, or remote home-work environments who require long-term comfort. Its standout benefit is the combination of a breathable contoured mesh backrest and a waterfall-edge seat, which work together to reduce pressure during extended seated periods, though users should note that the armrests are stationary and may not suit all desk heights.

No, the chair arrives in a flat-pack format and requires basic assembly following the included instructions.
This model is designed to support standard office use up to 110kg (approx 17 stone).
Check the gas lift cylinder connection; if the issue persists, the gas lift mechanism may need replacement.
Tighten the main tension bolts connecting the backrest to the seat mechanism.
Clear any hair, carpet fibers, or debris from the casters and ensure they are snapped firmly into the base.
Assembly is required upon arrival. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely during the initial setup to prevent squeaking. For ongoing care, use a soft vacuum attachment to remove dust from the mesh backrest weekly. If the seat fabric becomes soiled, spot clean with a mild soap solution and a damp cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners that may damage the cushion material. The chair is compatible with most standard desk heights; however, verify that the lowest setting of the gas lift fits under your specific keyboard tray or desk drawer units. Periodically check that the casters are free of debris to ensure smooth movement across hard floors or carpet.
