Troubleshooting
PC fails to power on
Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the PC and a functioning wall outlet. Check that the power supply switch on the back of the PC is in the 'On' position ('I').
No display output
Verify that the monitor cable is connected to the graphics card (NVIDIA RTX 5060), not the motherboard's video outputs. Check that the monitor is powered on and set to the correct input source.
Poor gaming performance or stuttering
Ensure graphics drivers are up-to-date. Check in-game settings to ensure they are appropriate for the hardware. Monitor CPU and GPU temperatures using monitoring software to check for overheating.
System freezes or crashes
Ensure all system and driver updates are installed. Run a system file check (`sfc /scannow` in Command Prompt as administrator) and check hardware temperatures. If issues persist, consider testing RAM with diagnostic tools.
Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not connecting
Ensure the Intel Wireless-AC 9560 adapter is enabled in Device Manager. Check for driver updates for the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules. Restart your router and modem.
