FAQs
What is the collapsed length of the handle?
The handle collapses to 70cm, making it very easy to transport.
Can I use this for larger carp?
Yes, the handle is built to be strong and rigid, specifically designed to handle carp and silverfish in commercial environments.
Does it fit all net heads?
It features a standard universal thread that is compatible with the vast majority of commercial landing net heads.
How do I maintain the grip?
Wipe the textured grip with a damp cloth to remove any bait or slime build-up after your fishing session.
Is the handle waterproof?
While the materials are corrosion-resistant, it should not be submerged for long periods. Always dry it after contact with water.
Troubleshooting
Telescopic sections are stuck or difficult to collapse
Clean the joints with a damp cloth to remove dried mud or grit, then wipe dry. Avoid forcing the sections.
Net head feels loose on the thread
Check that the thread is not stripped and ensure the net head is screwed on straight. Consider using a rubber washer to prevent loosening.
Handle sections slipping during use
Ensure the telescopic segments are fully extended and firmly locked in place with a slight twist or firm pull as per design.
