This kit is suitable for high-pressure water systems, unvented mains pressure systems, and systems using shower pumps. It is not designed for low-pressure gravity-fed systems.

The thermostatic valve mixes hot and cold water to a pre-set temperature, maintaining it to within +/- 2 degrees Celsius even if other water outlets in the house are used, which can fluctuate pressure.

In the event of a sudden failure of either the hot or cold water supply, the valve will automatically shut down to prevent scalding or cold shocks, as per safety standards.

Use a soft, damp cloth with a mild, non-abrasive cleaner. For limescale, you can soak the affected parts in white vinegar and then gently clean.

The manufacturer provides a 5 Year Guarantee against faulty workmanship or materials, provided the product has been installed and used according to instructions. Serviceable parts are excluded.
