FAQs
What is the length of the screw covers?
The covers have a height of 1850mm.
Are these covers compatible with non-Nuie shower enclosures?
While designed for Nuie enclosures, they may fit other standard 43mm profile frames, but compatibility should be verified via measurement first.
Does this kit include screws?
The kit includes necessary fittings to install the covers, but it is intended to cover existing screws already part of your enclosure assembly.
Can these be used in a wet room?
Yes, the materials are resistant to moisture and tarnishing, making them suitable for wet rooms and standard bathrooms.
How do I remove the covers if I need to adjust the frame?
Carefully pry the cover away from the frame using a plastic trim removal tool to avoid scratching the finish.
Troubleshooting
Cover will not clip onto the frame
Ensure there is no excess sealant or debris buildup on the screw head preventing the cover from seating properly.
Surface finish appears cloudy
Clean the chrome with a soft microfiber cloth and a dedicated chrome cleaner or mild vinegar solution to remove water spots.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the AQ-SCK kit is designed to be intuitive. Ensure the frame surface is clean and free of soap scum or debris before attaching the covers to ensure the adhesive or clipping mechanism holds securely. To maintain the polished chrome finish, use only soft, non-abrasive cloths and mild soapy water for cleaning. Avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads, as these can permanently scratch the surface and strip away the protective, tarnish-resistant coating. Always verify your existing enclosure width matches the 43mm profile to ensure a snug, gap-free fit.
