BRAND NEW Brand New Genuine Ultra Max TTX16-BS (SAME AS YTX16-BS) 12v 14Ah Sealed AGM Motorcycle Battery. This battery is dry when you get it out of the box but has an acid pack included. Unscrew the screws on the top of the battery, fill with acid, let it stand for half an hour and it is ready to fit to your bike. Full instructions are included in the pack. The acid is completely absorbed into Glass Mat Separators which are sandwiched between the lead plates, giving a sealed and maintenance free AGM battery. This is a 'FIXED ELECTROLYTE, SEALED MAINTENANCE FREE' Battery. All ULTRAMAX TT series "Liquifix" batteries use AGM technology which consists of an Absorbent Glass-fibre Matting between the lead plates inside the battery. This material absorbs and stabilises the electrolyte so the battery can be mounted in any orientation and also allows higher discharge rates without causing internal damage to the battery. AGM batteries are often referred to as Gel batteries because the electrolyte appears to be solid but they are also sometimes known as Dry or Sealed batteries. DO NOT USE A CAR CHARGER ON MOTORCYCLE BATTERIES. NO TOP-UP IS REQUIRED IT IS MANTENANCE FREE - FOREVER. Dimensions: 150mm Long x 87mm Wide x 159mm High. 12Volt, 14AH. Positive terminal on LEFT. Vibration, spill and leak proof due to robust build and fixed gel electrolyte. Low self-discharging rate means it can withstand longer periods out of use and has a longer life expectancy. 100% maintenance-free. Fit it and forget it.
