The Pollor Professional 72-Inch Tool Chest is designed for mechanics, trade professionals, and serious DIY enthusiasts who require high-capacity organization and heavy-duty reliability in their workspace. It excels by offering a robust build with ball-bearing drawer slides and a generous worktop surface; however, its substantial size and weight mean it is best suited for permanent installation in a fixed workshop location rather than mobile use.

The chest is supplied fully assembled, but please check the included hardware documentation regarding the final attachment of the heavy-duty castors.
This unit is designed as a standalone base chest. Stacking should only be performed if the specific upper module is designed for the footprint of this 72-inch model.
Keep the slides free of metal shavings and dust. A light application of silicone lubricant can be used once a year if operation becomes stiff.
Each individual drawer supports 45kg. Consult the product manual for the total weight limit of the entire unit based on the load distribution.
The high-quality powder-coated finish is resistant to standard workshop chemicals, but spills should be wiped away promptly to maintain appearance.
Ensure the chest is on a perfectly level surface, as uneven floors can cause the frame to rack and drawers to bind. Check for any debris trapped in the slide track.
Ensure all drawers are fully pushed in to their closed position, as the central locking bar may be obstructed by an open drawer.
Distribute weight evenly within each drawer; avoid concentrating heavy items in the center to prevent bowing the drawer base.
Given the large dimensions of 1835 x 760 x 490mm (or 1985 x 950 x 490mm with castors), ensure your floor space can support the weight of the unit plus the weight of your tools. Place the chest on a level concrete floor to ensure stability and smooth drawer alignment. While the unit arrives assembled, double-check that the castors are locked if you have placed it in its final position to prevent accidental movement. To care for your unit, periodically wipe the exterior with a damp cloth to remove dust or grease. Ensure the drawer liners remain clean and dry to prevent moisture buildup that could lead to tool corrosion. Lubricate the ball-bearing slides annually with a high-quality silicone-based lubricant if you notice any resistance in movement.
