Troubleshooting
Low water pressure
Ensure the shower hose is not kinked. Check for blockages in the handset's nozzles or within the shower hose itself. The 8 l/min flow regulator is designed to limit flow; if higher pressure is desired, this handset may not be suitable.
Water leaks from the connection
Check that the handset is securely screwed onto the shower hose. Ensure the thread is clean and undamaged. If the leak persists, try using a plumber's tape on the hose thread before reconnecting.
Limescale buildup affecting spray pattern
Gently rub the rubber nozzles with your finger or a soft cloth to break up and remove limescale deposits. Regular cleaning will maintain an even spray.
