FAQs
What is the weight limit for the Love For Sleep Lullabee?
The crib is designed for newborns up to approximately 6 months of age, or until the baby can push up on their hands and knees. Specific weight limits should be checked in the product manual.
Can I machine wash the mattress?
Typically, the mattress cover should be spot cleaned. Please refer to the care label on the mattress and the product manual for specific washing instructions, as full immersion or machine washing may damage the materials.
How do I attach the mosquito net?
The mosquito net usually attaches to the frame of the crib. There should be specific points or loops on the crib structure where the net can be secured.
Is the incline mode safe for all babies?
The incline mode is intended to help with mild reflux. Always consult with your pediatrician regarding the safest sleeping position for your baby, especially if they have respiratory or reflux issues.
Can I move the crib while the baby is inside?
It is recommended to move the crib only when it is empty. Ensure the brakes are locked before preparing to move it, and then carefully roll it to the desired location.
What are the dimensions of the crib?
Dimensions vary slightly, but the Lullabee is designed to be compact for bedside use. Please refer to the product specifications in the manual or on the manufacturer's website for exact measurements.
Does the crib come with a warranty?
Love For Sleep typically offers a warranty on their products. Please check the product packaging or the manufacturer's website for details on the warranty period and coverage.
Troubleshooting
Crib is wobbly or unstable
Ensure all frame components are securely locked into place. Check that the wheels are fully inserted and the brakes are engaged when stationary.
Height adjustment is difficult
Make sure the release buttons are fully pressed before attempting to adjust the height. Ensure no obstructions are preventing smooth movement.
Baby seems uncomfortable on the mattress
Ensure the mattress is flat and properly positioned within the crib frame. The mattress is designed for comfort and support suitable for newborns.
Wheels do not lock securely
Verify that the brake levers on each wheel are fully engaged. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
