FAQs

What size gas tank is recommended for the firepit?

We strongly recommend using a 5kg gas tank for the firepit.

How do I clean the PE rattan furniture?

The PE rattan is low maintenance. You can clean it with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners.

Are the cushion covers removable and washable?

Yes, the cushion covers are removable and easy to wash. Ensure they are completely dry before placing them back on the cushions.

What should I do if I have missing or damaged parts upon arrival?

Please check the product carefully before signing for delivery. If you notice any damage, mark it on the receipt. Contact our after-sales team within 24 hours with details and photos of the issue, and they will provide a solution.

Can the furniture be left outside uncovered in all weather?

While the furniture is designed for outdoor use, it is recommended to keep cushions indoors or under a rain cover when not in use for extended periods. For long-term storage, covering the entire furniture set with a rain cover is advised to maintain its condition.

How is the firepit positioned in the table?

The firepit is placed on top of the glass surface of the dining table. Please ensure it is correctly positioned and secured according to the setup instructions.

What is the warranty period for this set?

While specific warranty periods are not detailed, our after-sales team offers support and solutions for any issues related to product quality, assembly, or missing/damaged parts within 24 hours of contact.

Troubleshooting

Gas fire pit not igniting

Ensure the gas bottle is correctly connected and the valve is open. Check that the igniter is not covered by lava rocks. Verify gas flow and check for any blockages in the ignition system.

Wobbly furniture or loose connections

Double-check all assembly points and tighten bolts and screws. Ensure the furniture is placed on a level surface.

Cushions becoming damp or moldy

Ensure cushion covers are fully dry before re-covering. Store cushions indoors or under a rain cover when not in use, especially during prolonged periods of non-use or high humidity.

PE Rattan showing signs of wear

Gently clean with mild soap and water using a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Protect from prolonged direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions.

Product arrived with damaged parts

Please check the product carefully before signing for delivery. If there is any obvious damage, mark it on the receipt and contact customer support within 24 hours with details and photos for a replacement.

Color variations may occur due to lighting or monitor differences, and returns for color issues are not accepted.

Specific instructions for fire pit placement (on glass, not under) must be followed.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: Items come flat-packed and require assembly. Sturdy galvanized steel tube metal frames are powder-coated to prevent rust. The PE rattan is completely handmade. Ensure all parts are present and follow the assembly instructions carefully.

Firepit Usage: IMPORTANT: Place the gas fire pit *on* the glass top, not *under* it. Do not cover the igniter with lava. Always check for gas leaks at joints and the hose before use, especially if the gas bottle is not fixed correctly or the hose has leakage. A 5kg gas tank is strongly recommended.

Compatibility: Designed for outdoor use on patios, decks, or gardens. Compatibility with specific gas tank types should adhere to the recommendation (5kg).

Care: The PE rattan is low maintenance and can be wiped clean. Cushion covers are removable and washable. To prolong the life of the furniture, keep the cushions indoors or use a rain cover when not in use for extended periods. Keep the furniture itself with a rain cover if not used for a long time. Check the product carefully before signing for delivery; mark any obvious damage on the receipt for courier claims.
