FAQs

How do I remove the mascara?

Use a gentle, oil-based makeup remover specifically designed for the eyes. Hold a cotton pad soaked in the remover over your lashes for a few seconds to soften the mascara, then gently wipe downwards.

Can I use this mascara with contact lenses?

While the formula is generally safe, always consult your eye doctor if you have sensitive eyes or wear contact lenses. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

How long does each mascara last?

Each mascara should last for 3-6 months after opening, or until the formula thickens or changes in smell.

What is the difference between BADgal BANG! and BADgal Bounce?

BADgal BANG! provides 360° lash fullness and long-lasting wear, while BADgal Bounce offers increased volume and fuller, fluffier lashes.

How many coats should I apply?

You can apply multiple coats for added volume. Allow each coat to dry slightly before applying the next to avoid clumping.

Is the mascara waterproof?

The product information does not specify if the product is waterproof. It is best to check the product packaging for this information.

Troubleshooting

Mascara is clumpy

Wipe the wand with a clean tissue before application. Avoid pumping the wand in and out of the tube, as this can introduce air and dry out the formula.

Mascara smudges

Use a waterproof mascara and avoid touching your eyes. Consider using an eyeshadow primer to prevent smudging.

Mascara is drying out

Ensure the tube is closed tightly. If the mascara has dried out, it is time to replace it.
