The Slip Silk Pillowcase in Bluebelle is designed for beauty enthusiasts seeking to protect their skin and hair during sleep. Its key benefit is reducing sleep-induced facial creases, minimizing moisture loss, and preventing hair strand damage. A potential caveat is the delicate nature of silk, requiring specific care to maintain its quality. This pillowcase is crafted from high-quality, long-fibre mulberry silk, known as slipsilk™, offering a breathable, natural temperature regulator that's gentle on skin and hair.

slipsilk™ is developed and refined over ten years to provide the ultimate combination of shine, thickness, softness, and durability, optimized for beauty benefits.
Yes, you can machine wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with a pH-neutral detergent. It's recommended to use a mesh laundry bag to protect the fabric.
While not specifically designed as an acne treatment, the smooth, non-absorbent nature of silk can help reduce friction and irritation on the skin, which may benefit acne-prone individuals.
The contour design of some Slip masks (though not explicitly stated for this pillowcase, it's a brand feature) are designed to sit away from the eyelids, creating space for lash extensions. The smooth silk reduces friction that can cause extensions to snag or fall out.
The product description mentions the print for aesthetic appeal, typically prints are applied to one or both visible sides of the pillowcase.
This is a queen-sized pillowcase, designed to fit standard queen pillows.
No, fabric softeners and bleach should be avoided as they can damage the delicate silk fibers and affect its properties.
Ensure your pillow is plump and fits snugly within the pillowcase. Consider using a pillow with a higher thread count or a different filling that might offer more grip.
This may be due to using harsh detergents or washing with hot water. Always use a mild, pH-neutral detergent and cold water. Avoid direct sunlight when drying.
Handle the silk pillowcase with care to avoid snags from jewelry, long fingernails, or rough surfaces. Small snags may be hard to repair without professional help.
Setup: Simply place the Slip Silk Pillowcase over your existing queen-sized pillow.
Compatibility: Designed to fit standard queen-sized pillows.
Care Instructions:
*Note: Harsh detergents and high heat can degrade the delicate slipsilk™ fibers.*
