Troubleshooting
Image is blurry or not sharp
Ensure both the primary and secondary focus rings are properly adjusted. Clean the lenses. Check if the eyecup is set correctly for your vision or glasses.
Difficulty seeing in low light
Ensure the objective lens is not obstructed. The BAK4 prism and FMC coating maximize light, but extremely low light conditions may still limit visibility. Clean the lenses for maximum light transmission.
Monocular feels loose or unstable
Check that all components, including any attached smartphone adapter or tripod, are securely fastened. Ensure the eyecup is properly screwed on.
Fog appears inside the lens
This indicates the monocular may have been exposed to a sudden temperature change. Allow it to acclimatize to the ambient temperature in its case before use. If fogging persists, contact customer support due to potential seal compromise.
