The Maxcook Double Sided Cutting Board is designed for home cooks who prioritize kitchen hygiene and versatility in a single tool. Its primary benefit lies in its dual-material construction, which effectively separates raw protein prep from produce, though users should note that hand washing is required to preserve the integrity of the wheat straw surface.

No, hand washing is strictly recommended to protect the wheat straw side and the structural integrity of the board.
Stainless steel is harder than natural wood or plastic, so it may cause knives to lose their edge slightly faster. Use the wheat straw side for frequent chopping.
No, stainless steel is non-porous and highly resistant to both stains and odors, making it ideal for processing strong ingredients like garlic or fish.
It is an eco-conscious, durable, and antibacterial material designed to provide a stable, knife-friendly surface for daily prep.
Yes, it is designed to fit most standard kitchen hooks or pegboards for convenient storage.
Ensure both the countertop surface and the non-slip border of the board are clean and dry, as moisture can reduce friction.
Micro-abrasions are normal with stainless steel; while they do not affect hygiene, use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleanser to keep the surface polished.
No assembly is required for the Maxcook cutting board. Simply wash with mild soap and warm water before your first use. To ensure longevity, always hand wash the board rather than using a dishwasher, as high heat and harsh detergents can warp the wheat straw or degrade the non-slip coating. After washing, dry the board thoroughly with a cloth before storing it in a hanging position to allow for airflow on both sides.
