They feature Omni-Shield repellency, which is highly water-resistant against light rain and splashes, but they are not fully waterproof against heavy or prolonged rain.
The fabric is designed for versatility in varying conditions, but they are not insulated, so you may need to layer base garments underneath in cold temperatures.
Machine wash cold and avoid fabric softeners to maintain the water-repellent coating.
The D-ring is a versatile attachment point for small items like keys, whistles, or lightweight gear that you want to keep easily accessible.
The material is designed for movement and is cut with a tapered leg to ensure a snag-free range of motion during activities.
The repellent finish may be worn off; tumble dry on low heat or iron on a cool setting to reactivate the Omni-Shield coating.
Ensure the webbing is threaded correctly through the integrated buckle and free of debris.
To prepare your trousers for a hike, simply adjust the integrated belt to your waist size and utilize the drawcord hem to tighten the cuff against your boots if you are trekking through muddy areas. Regarding care, these trousers should be washed in cold water. Avoid the use of fabric softeners, as these can interfere with the Omni-Shield water-repellent finish. It is recommended to hang dry the trousers to preserve the integrity of the synthetic fabric and the performance coating.
