Yes, most covers are removable, but it is recommended to hand wash them with mild detergent to preserve the fabric quality.
While the PE rattan is durable, it is highly recommended to store the set indoors or use a heavy-duty furniture cover during harsh winter months.
The chairs are designed to comfortably support standard adult weight, typically up to 250-300 lbs per chair.
The frame is powder-coated for rust resistance, but avoid leaving it standing in water for extended periods to ensure maximum longevity.
Yes, the necessary hardware and basic tools required for assembly are included in the packaging.
Adjust the leveling feet at the bottom of the chairs or table until all four points make solid contact with the surface.
Do not fully tighten any screws until all bolts for that specific section are threaded into place, allowing for minor adjustments.
Verify that the suction cups provided with the hardware kit are firmly attached to the frame to secure the glass in place.
To assemble the set, ensure all hardware is included and use a flat surface to prevent wobbling. It is recommended to keep the screws loose until the frame is fully aligned, then tighten them securely. For maintenance, periodically wipe the wicker frame with a soft brush or vacuum to remove debris. Always remove and store cushions in a dry area when not in use or during rain to prevent mildew. For the glass top, use standard non-abrasive glass cleaner to prevent scratching.
