Troubleshooting
Figures are dirty
Wipe each figure with a slightly damp cloth. For tougher marks, use a mild soap and water solution, then wipe clean with a fresh damp cloth.
Playmat is creased
Lay the playmat flat under a light weight (like books) for a few hours, or gently iron on a low setting with a cloth barrier between the iron and the mat.
Missing figures
Double-check the storage tub thoroughly, as figures can sometimes shift to the bottom. If still missing, contact the retailer for assistance.
Storage tub is damaged
If the tub is cracked or broken, consider replacing it with a similar-sized storage container to keep the set organized.
