Product Information

Full details

The Burnshield sterile hydrogel dressing is a fibreless elastic open-cell foam sheet soaked in sterile hydrogel, supplied in a foil pouch. It is suitable for medium size burns and facial burns. It offers optimal heat dissipation, provides natural wound covering, and keeps the burn area protected and moist. The gel conforms to the wound area, and helps in gel retention and limits bacteria exposure to the wound. The Burnshield dressing rapidly cools and soothes burns, minimizing further tissue damage. It is non-toxic, non-irritant, and suitable for use in children.
